"Just came back from a wonderful stay at Bron Nant. The cottage has everything you need and the décor is lovely. The views are just stunning. Such a wonderfully relaxing stay. Great enclosed garden for younger children and each room was en-suite. Wish we could have lit the fire but the cottage was lovely and warm without it. Only con was there was 8 of us and not enough seating in the main living area (3 seater sofa and 2 arm chairs) but other than that would whole heartedly recommend this cottage and will be back, missing the views already. Many thanks Jeremy and Ceinwen."
"Finally got round to writing our review on Bron Nant 2014...We don't know where to start as everything about Bron Nant was 'Just Totally Perfect'.. Such a warm friendly welcome from Jeremy Ceinwin with fresh flowers, scrummy stollen cake, chocolate coins for the children the Christmas Tree decorated, made it all the more special. The quality perfection to detail inside the beautiful cottage was just simply stunning with everything we could possibly need. The children loved the different approach to 'locking a door' were spoilt for choice which beds to sleep in as the attic room was rather quirky. The readymade wood burner was a godsend when we arrived with the howling wind rain outside. Despite appalling weather for the first few days we did manage to venture out visit Bangor Llandudno but driving back through the scenery was simply breath-taking. The history of the cottage is a must to read from what it was to how it is now is just amazing. Found some fab shops to do that last minute Christmas Shopping especially the gift shop in Penmachno.. And with snow on Boxing Day what more could we ask for. If it's solitude you want or for the more adventurous walkers it comes very very highly recommended.. Have tried to re-book in the summer so that we could take advantage of the fab pool kayak outside but sadly Bron Nant is already full so it speaks for itself.. Thank you so much Jeremy Ceinwin for letting us share your Beautiful Cottage we really hope that we will be able to come again.. "

"Dear Jeremy Ceinwen,
Thank you very much for the very beautiful great cottage we had. This is the best I ever been to, with added nature.
My brother and family (visiting from UAE) and my kids had a lovely relaxed 3 days of stay.
The pool, canoeing, heating, etc etc was great..Beyond words to express. My kids has started to enquire when they are going back.

"Feb 2013 we had our second stay at Bron Nant fantastic weather blue sky sunshine but very cold we had never seen frozen waterfalls before the area is beautifull we did a lot of walking the cottage is so warm and cozy .gorgeous to come back to after all that fresh air.Jeremy (the owner of the cottage) is very knowledgeable about the area walking places of interest etc etc we took up quite a few of his suggestions and ended up walking (uphill of course) at a deserted slate mine at Penmachno also walked the Watkin path up towards Snowdon Bron Nant is the perfect base for walking and exploring ,it's about 3 miles from Betws Y Coed, hidden away cant wait to return again ,its so bookked up all the time."
"Bron-Nant is a fantastic place. Not only is the cottage a superb location in which to relax and unwind, but it has been restored to a very high and tasteful standard. Truly home-from-home with every possible comfort and amenity. The views outside are stunning all through the year, especially on those winter mornings when the clouds are trapped between the hills and lie below in the valley. Bron-Nant is so quite and peaceful with just the pleasant sound of the stream. Add to this the hosts welcome and one may well asks "Is this the best holiday cottage in the land?""
""The Perfect Relax"
Bron Nant is the perfect place for a quiet getaway. The cottage is exceptionally well finished and fitted with many thoughtful extras, and is beautifully decorated and clean. It is outstandingly well insulated and heated, so is cozy. The area is wonderful and rural with lots of walks and there are more than enough places of attraction in surrounding areas if the weather is not good. The proximity to Betws-y-coed was great for getting provisions, places to eat and more. The hosts Jeremy and Ceinwen are very helpful regarding information ifwhen you need it but do not intrude on ones feeling of peace and isolation in any way. We felt privileged at being able to stay in Bron Nant."
""I want to stay forever"
This cottage is just so beautifull, everything is so immaculate no wonder people return it is just so booked up, it is in a very rural spot single track road leads to it ,if this was my cottage I would not want to share it with anyone because it is so perfect .There is a little stream which you can hear at night trickling away in the garden also a pool you can walk down the road to buy fresh organic eggs which we did every morning you are surrounded by fields you wont hear cars zooming past so peacefull we stayed 4 nights and it wasnt enough we crammed a lot in andwere so thankfull for lashings of hot water and fresh ironed bedding the beds still smelt fresh after 4 nights, both bedrooms have an ensuite and a bathroom downstairs,so much love and thought has gone into the making of this beautifull cottage, the teapot has a little stand with a tea light to keep the pot warm Jeremy andCeinwen have added so many little touches we had fresh flowers and cakes when we arrived waiting for us on the table,at Bron Nant you could just go walking every day with your pack lunch or relax in thegarden or do what we did out and about everyday plan what your going to do on a dry day and wet day ,Tourist Info at Betws very helpfull I could go on forever talking about the cottage but I shant because I dont want anyone to know about it as they might want to go there and less chance for me to get booked in again!!!"

"July 2011. The best word to describe Bron Nant is IDYLLIC! It is a beautiful, cosy, comfortable and well equipped cottage in a peaceful, rural location. Jeremy and Ceinwen have provided everything that you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday, including lots of information to help you to explore and enjoy the local area. However, there is plenty to do at Bron Nant itself, including board games, books, films, kayaking (in Bron Nant's very own pool) and Wi-fi. When you eventually retire for the night, another pleasure awaits as the beds are the most comfortable that you could possibly imagine. If you are lucky enough to stumble upon this website (as we were) make sure you book some time at wonderful Bron Nant, you will definitely not be disappointed."

"I have just spent the weekend in Bron-Nant.....Now i want to be really selfish and say that my stay here was not very nice so it doesnt get over popular for when i re-book! But i cant do that because this place is so magical that everyone deserves to see the creation that has been built in "Gods Country". You will not fail to enjoy yourselves and be looked after any better than you could imagine. There are so many nice touches to the cottage that i wouldnt know where to start appraising. If you have been fortunate enough to stumble across this website or been told about it do yourselves a favour book it and enjoy it!! "
"We had a lovely 2 night stay exploring the local area, loads to do. This is an exceptionally well finished and fitted traditional, cosy and functional cottage. Amazing location, so peaceful but only a short trip to the pub. Even though the weather was wet and windy, we always felt at home once we were in front of the fire. im recommending this cottage to all my friends and family."
"Such a nice relaxing weekend with amazing scenery and a beautful cottage! Just got home and wanna go back already! thankyou so much!"

""A destination in Itself!"
Traveling all the way from Florida to North Wales, we chose Bron-Nant as one of our stops in the UK for the quintessential cottage experience. A perfect location – remote yet a short drive to everything scenic in Snowdonia, and well-based for visits to castles in North Wales. The cottage itself is a unique treat, combining fine wood craftsmanship that one rarely sees anywhere, the charm of an old stone cottage and bucolic location among sheep farms in a sleepy hamlet, and such modern comforts as cozy under-floor heating! (After spending a few days in a charming but drafty little cottage in the Cotswolds, this felt like pure luxury!) Our hosts Jeremy and Ceinwen (next door just down the road, and always accessible but never intrusive) were wonderful, leaving us a welcome note and breakfast treats in the kitchen (so helpful since we hadn’t had time to get groceries). Jeremy also gave us directions for a scenic drive through Snowdonia so that we could make the most of our short time in the area. We never would have found the tiny one-lane roads up in the hills with vistas all around, dodging sheep along the way. We felt so lucky to have found such a beautiful place in this lovely corner of the country, and such gracious hosts to show it to us. I hope we’ll have time to return to Wales one day, which will always have a special place in our memories.
"6 adults and 1 child spent 3 nights and 4 days in this cottage in early December 2010 with everywhere covered in snow and ice and we could not have had more of a fantastic time. The Cottage is fantastic, the owners absolutely very friendly, the locals were very friendly. Great views and walks. We would recommend this place to anyone and YES we definitely do plan to return."

""The perfect escape"
Last summer my family and I took a holiday to Wales as a much needed get-away from our busy lives. We stayed in the cottage at Betws-y-Coed for 6 nights, and it was such a fantastic experience!
The whole cottage is clearly a work of love, as it was created, built and decorated by Jeremy Ceinwen and their friends. The place is so warm and welcoming, complete with the lovely personal touches that you'd never get in a hotel or hostel. Perhaps my favourite parts of the cottage were the bunkbeds in one of the upstairs rooms - a beautiful and innovative design that seemed to merge the beds into the wide wooden beams of the wall and roof space. And so comfy!
As a family we spent many gorgeous afternoons enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the cottage - taking in the views, walking in the woods and even BBQ-ing on the patio outside one sunny evening. My brother also took advantage of the brilliant mountain-biking trail that is almost on the doorstep, having hired a bike from a shop in nearby Betwys-y-Coed. We were also within driving distance of many beautiful ridges, mountains and lakes, which provided excellent hiking and sight-seeing. Another of my highlights was swimming in the natural pool at the side of the cottage - an exhilarating and lovely experience.
Overall this vacation home has so much to offer and can cater for everyone, from the out-doorsy hiker to the stressed hard-worker looking for a relaxing getaway. It was the perfect escape from the craziness of everyday life, and I would go back tomorrow if I could!

"We really loved our stay in Bron Nant. After flying in from NZ to manchester airport to begin our european tour it was a perfect location for a restful family getaway. We really enjoyed the cottage, our thoughtful hosts and found that we had everything we needed right there. Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed the swing and grassy area to play on as we sipped our lattes on the deck chairs. It was a perfect time and the only bummer is we had to leave after our time was up. Coming from New Zealand it was amazing to see the detail and uniqueness in the building itself, matched with the Welsh landscape, it was beauty itself. Can't wait till next time."

"Loved the cottage and all the personal touches. Even when the weather was bad there was still much to do, local walks lovely straight from the cottage. Didn't jump in the pool but might next visit. Thanks"
"We have stayed at Bron Nant 3 times now and have loved it every time. The cottage is clean, warm and comfortable, and has been funished beautifully. I would have no hesitation in recomending the cottage as a place to stay."
